Her first two words together...

I know it's been two weeks since I've posted, we've been keeping very busy with baseball, softball and yard work.

We celebrated Logan's 8th birthday on Saturday, May 2nd, my he's getting so big and is a handsome boy. It was a very busy day, including a baseball game in which he made a hit that surprised him and he seems puzzled as to if he should go or not...we yelled run! Yay Logan!!! We then had a few friends over and cooked out for dinner it was a beautiful day. Yesterday then he got to pick where we went to eat for his birthday (sit down) restaurant dinner - his options were limited but he did get to choose. While there, Angel put her first two words together!!!! YAY - she said "drink...more". Yes, centered around food but most of her words are at this point.

So far she can say:

Mama
Still working on Dada, sounds more like nana when she does say it
more
drink
ball
cat

She seems to be trying more words, so we are making some progress.

Angel's birthday is in less than two weeks; that same day it will also have been 2 months since Gotcha day. Wow, has it only been that long? It seems like she's been with us forever, and in our hearts she has. We will also have her baptized the Sunday following her birthday. Praises to the Lord all around!
