HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY...She said "daddy"

Happy mother's day to all you beautiful, loving and truly blessed mother's!

My day started out with hearing Angel say "daddy" for the first time this morning. She has tried to say dada on a few occasions which comes out sounding like nana but this morning there was no mistaking that she said "daddy". She even said it several more times!!! YAY, another word to add to her slowly but growing list.

Hope to spend my afternoon tilling and then planting the garden today. I think I might actually get some help from the kids on this task. Need to get it done because there is a chance of rain again this evening.

Not much else to update on, things continue to go well with Angel. She has a strong will and we "ram heads" sometime but we get through it. She is a strong willed, intelligent, and such a blessing! It's wonderful to be able to spend Mother's Day with her here with us!

Next weekend Angel will turn two, meet her papaw and his wife for the first time and will be baptized. What an exciting weekend we have ahead of us.
