Happy 2nd BIrthday Angel!!!

Happy Birthday to our sweet Angel who is now two and to also celebrate her 2-month GOTCHA anniversary, we watched the Gotcha video for the first time - what a precious experience. The kid's enjoyed watching it too.

Angel had a few firsts today, one being that your birthday is a "big deal" and her life is certainly a big deal to us! Secondly, she got to meet her papaw and his wife for the first time today - unfortunatley I was out at the ball fields coaching in the cold, windy weather when they arrived so I missed those first reactions but they are loving her up and she's comfortable with them as well. And lastley, tonight we put a mini cake in front of her to dive into, which I really thought she would, but really she didn't. She appeared to be uncertain as to what she was to do and was looking at us like "you're ok if I make a big mess of this?" So we helped her out a little - check out the photo site in the next few days I'll have the pics uploaded.

Tomorrow we have another special day, we will have her baptized!!!! YAY!! Thank you Lord for this wonderful gift and journey!
